Job Responsibilities: Champion Salesforce development best practices, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable. Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, test methods, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Analyze business requirements and recommend optimized Salesforce solutions using native features whenever possible. Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with external platforms using Apex REST APIs or ETL tools. Debug and optimize LWC components, reviewing code and identifying the root causes of system issues. Validate project scope, plans, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. Develop, test, and implement new features, enhancements, upgrades, and conversions. Research, recommend, and implement new technologies, tools, and best practices to optimize Salesforce development. Work closely with business stakeholders to define alternate solutions for business challenges.
