Role: Program Manager with healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries-- No H1B-- Location: Remote Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager RIMS with deep expertise in Veeva Vault RIM Suite and software implementation within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Regulatory Information Management System (RIMS) implementations, collaborating with stakeholders, and optimizing regulatory data and document management processes. Must-Have Skills: 8+ years of experience in life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries Strong experience in Regulatory Information Management (RIM) systems Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM Suite (Vault Registrations, Vault Submissions, Vault Submissions Archive, Vault Publishing) Expertise in Project Management / Program Management for RIMS implementation Strong understanding of regulatory submissions, labeling, and compliance Ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive stakeholder engagement, and manage project timelines Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills: Experience with ArisGlobal, PAREXEL InSight, CSC Regulatory Tracker, Lorenz Docubridge, Extedo eCTD Manager PMP certification and Agile/ACP experience Prior consulting experience with a major system integrator or software vendor Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS solutions and compliance validation Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation of Veeva Vault RIM Suite Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT, and regulatory affairs Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources Act as a primary liaison between the client and internal teams Provide training and support to end users -- Keywords: access management information technology Program Manager with healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries-- No H1B-- Remote shubhamlovevanshi50@gmail.com https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2276534 |
