The role is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring high-quality code, and driving innovation in web development technologies. (1.) Key Responsibilities 1. Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing web applications using javascript, react.js, and node.js 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards 3. Drive best practices in web development, including code reviews, performance optimization, and scalability 4. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes 5. Troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and support continuous improvement of web applications 6. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and overall project goals Senior React UI: Experience in front-end development with a focus on React.js Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS Experience with state management libraries (Redux or Context API). Hands-on experience with React Hooks, Solid understanding of front-end build tools and package managers (Webpack, RSpack) Familiarity with unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library) Knowledge of performance optimization techniques, lazy loading, and code splitting. Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
