Some experience with Linux operating systems. Experience managing both on premise and familiarity with cloud environments. Real-world, hands on experience with at least one Cloud based environment (AWS - Preferred, Azure or GCP). Scripting experience in Power, 9293 Eastbash and python. Ability to participate in an on-call rotation. Experience with central system administration and monitoring tools such as syslog, puppet, Splunk. Understanding of system hardening through group policy management and security concepts from a system administration perspective. Experience with Google Apps in a professional environment. Experience with Crowdstrike, Tenable, or Tanium Certifications: ITIL, CompTIA Security +, GIAC Global Information Assurance Certification from SANS Institute, CISSP, CISA and/or CISM.
