Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, enabling effective work both independently and as part of a team. Additionally, knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry is a plus. This role is perfect for someone with a solid background in Veeva Vault QMS and a passion for providing top-notch support in a challenging environment Key Responsibilities: Provide expert support for Veeva Vault Quality Management System (QMS). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Manage and configure Veeva Vault QMS applications. Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders. Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations. Monitor system performance and implement improvements. Good knowledge on ITIL & ITSM processes. Support the integration of Veeva Vault QMS with other enterprise systems. Support the integration of Veeva Vault QMS with other enterprise systems.
