Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Google CCAI Lead Developer / Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert in Google Cloud Contact Center AI (CCAI) and possess the ability to design, architect, and lead the development of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions for contact centers. As a Lead Developer or Architect, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and product teams to build and optimize AI-powered contact center solutions using Google Cloud AI services like Dialogflow CX, Contact Center AI, Speech-to-Text, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Leadership:

Lead the design and architecture of scalable, reliable, and secure contact center solutions using Google CCAI, integrating with core systems such as CRMs, databases, and analytics platforms.

Develop a strategic roadmap for CCAI adoption and innovation, considering emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define the business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Development & Implementation:

Develop and implement AI models using Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX, Dialogflow ES, Google Cloud Speech-to-Text, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Text-to-Speech technologies.

Design, implement, and deploy conversational AI solutions (including chatbots and voice bots) for automated customer support, intelligent routing, and real-time analytics.

Integrate Google CCAI with existing customer contact centers for enhanced automation, efficiency, and customer experience.

Create and manage APIs to integrate Google Cloud AI services into the existing technology stack, ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization with other enterprise systems.

Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead a team of developers and engineers in the development of innovative AI and cloud-based solutions.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and team members on best practices for CCAI development, architecture, and cloud technologies.

Work closely with project managers and product teams to ensure the timely delivery of features and enhancements.

Conduct peer code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality, scalability, and performance.

Optimization & Troubleshooting:

Optimize CCAI solutions for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency, leveraging Google Cloud's auto-scaling, load balancing, and serverless technologies.

Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime for deployed CCAI solutions.

Continuously evaluate and enhance the performance and capabilities of deployed solutions using machine learning feedback loops.

Compliance & Security:

Ensure all solutions comply with industry standards for data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (such as GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

Apply best practices for cloud security and data encryption to safeguard sensitive customer and business data.

Innovation & Research:

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Google Cloud AI services, conversational AI, and related technologies.

Propose innovative solutions to enhance customer experience, using cutting-edge AI technologies like AI-powered sentiment analysis, predictive analytics, and voice biometrics.

Key Requirements:

Technical Skills:

Expert-level experience with Google Cloud Contact Center AI (CCAI), including but not limited to:

Dialogflow CX (for advanced chatbot development and orchestration)

Dialogflow ES (for simpler chatbot scenarios)

Google Cloud Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech

Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning in the context of conversational AI.

Integration with Google Cloud Pub/Sub, Google Cloud Storage, and BigQuery for data analytics and reporting.

Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and NLP.

Hands-on experience with Google Cloud AI/ML tools like AutoML, Vertex AI, and Google Cloud Functions.

Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and API integrations in a cloud-based environment.

Cloud architecture experience, including scalability, high availability, and cost-optimization strategies on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Proficient in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or Java.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Lead Developer, Solutions Architect, or Lead AI Developer in building Google Cloud CCAI-based solutions.

At least 5-7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3-4 years of experience specifically focused on Google Cloud Contact Center AI or similar AI-powered platforms.

Experience working with large-scale enterprise applications, integrating third-party systems such as CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.), or other enterprise solutions.

Leadership & Communication:

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team of developers and engineers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira and Trello.

Preferred Qualifications:

Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect or similar relevant certifications.

Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms is a plus.

Previous experience in contact center operations, especially in the telecommunications or customer service industry.

Experience in developing solutions for voice-based interactions (IVR, speech analytics, etc.) is highly preferred.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Certifications in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Google AI/ML are highly preferred.
