Create and/or update SharePoint documentation and/or instructions. Develop standards and governance related to information architecture, navigation architecture, UX/DX, content management, and confirmation management. Ensure sites and site collections are configured in compliance with local policies and configuration standards. Manage the implementation process through planning, designing, testing, and deployment. Experience with modern SharePoint and website accessibility design best practices and techniques. Collaborative skills to dialogue with customers on requirements. Assist functional teams on optimal use of SharePoint, associated tools/modules through training and documentation. Analyze existing sites, pages, lists, libraries, etc to identify opportunities reorganizing, redesigning, restructuring, and enhancing existing SharePoint presence. Demonstrate subject matter expertise working with Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, One Drive for Business, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate/flow), Forms / Planner, and Share Gate.
