Must be able to prioritize day to day AMS activities within team and ensure SLAs are being met. Must have knowledge about ServiceNow applications (SNOW) and reporting from SNOW for weekly / monthly reporting. SAP functional consultant or Lead role experience is desirable. Fluent communication and client interaction skills. Client relationship management experience is must. Able to identify and implement continuous service improvement initiative like automation, quality improvement, etc. Client office presence is mandatory min 4 days/week. No travel expense will be reimbursed.
