Required Skills and Experience: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including FSL, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud. Deep knowledge of FSL features, such as work orders, mobile field service, and resource scheduling. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Field Service Lightning Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II).
