Lead Oracle Developer with SPM (Sales Performance Management) Location: Remote Duration: 6-Month Contract GC/USC Need EST hour candidate. Please share candidate Visa, DL and LinkedIn as well. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development team in the design, development, and implementation of the Oracle Incentive Compensation system. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. Ensure the technical feasibility of the project by conducting thorough analysis and providing technical guidance to the development team. Oversee the development and testing of customizations, integrations, and extensions to the Oracle Incentive Compensation system. Ensure that all development activities adhere to best practices, coding standards, and company policies. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to development team members to ensure high-quality deliverables. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development and implementation phases. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Oracle technologies and incentive compensation systems. Prepare and deliver technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials. Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Development Lead or similar role, with specific experience in Oracle Incentive Compensation and Oracle Sales Performance Management platforms. Strong technical expertise in Oracle technologies, including Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF). Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide development team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in development tools and technologies, including version control systems, integrated development environments (IDEs), and testing frameworks. Experience with system integration, data migration, and performance tuning. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system implementation best practices. Knowledge of incentive compensation and sales performance management concepts and best practices.
