: This is a

Govt & Regulatory Broadband Data collection (BDC) Program.
FCC(Federal communication Commission)envisions broadband footprint all over the United States and gives opportunity to all Broadband Service providers to service the location as specified from the BDC data. The filing process is biannual and Comcast provides data for the location that can be serviced. Team Size : 12 (On shore - 6, OffShore 6)

Project2
: The team Works on Web applications providing details on the serviceable locations marked by Comcast and other details on the proximity data and enhancements. Team Size : 10 (On shore - 4, OffShore 6)

Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to discuss timelines, address blockers, mitigate risks, manage dependencies, identify critical paths, and handle scope changes and Maintain project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Lead team of geographically dispersed professionals, fostering culture of self-organization and applying agile principles to deliver business value within timeboxed Sprints. Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. Set up scrum board (JIRA) and support team in overcoming blockers and impediments. Orchestrated coordination of two development teams throughout all project phases, ensuring successful planning, implementation, and its delivery.

Create customized Scrum dashboards for each team, providing real-time visibility into work progress, story metrics (e.g., completed, abandoned, roll-over), team burndown charts, and velocity.

The team worked on developing and maintaining a new UI front end page for the High networth clients converting wireframes  and mock prototypes to development using microservices and the AWS.

Data migration to Multi region and Out of Region for data security.

Managed document management on Confluence, overseeing API requirements, test cases, and updating deployment history, new requirements, KT sessions, and videos. Reviewed Bitbucket commits to cross-check JIRA ticket status. Reported SLA metrics for applications including deployments, Change Failure Rate, Mean Time to Recover, code mutation, and other coverage using Splunk logs.
