Job Description - Lead ServiceNow Developer FSM ||Active Certification|| Remote |Visa- Only Citizen|| Lead ServiceNow Developer FSM (Fully Remote) candidate's need to be US Citizens, Must have LinkedIn. live ServiceNow certifications We are looking for an experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on Field Service Management (FSM) to design, implement, and optimize FSM solutions. This fully remote role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow FSM, ITSM, CSM, and integrations, ensuring seamless field operations, improved technician efficiency, and enhanced customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture and configuration of Dispatch Console, Work Order Management, Mobile App, and Inventory Management in FSM. Implement workflows, scripting, and automation using JavaScript, AngularJS, REST, and SOAP for seamless integrations. Act as the FSM subject matter expert, advising on best practices, scalability, and performance optimization. Develop integrations with ERP, IoT, CRM, and other enterprise platforms to enhance FSM capabilities. Ensure FSM solutions align with business needs, improving scheduling, dispatching, and field service efficiency. Requirements: Proven expertise in ServiceNow FSM, with experience configuring Dispatch Console, Mobile FSM, and Asset/Inventory Management. Strong JavaScript, AngularJS, and ServiceNow development skills, including UI policies, business rules, and workflows. Integration experience with REST, SOAP, and external systems (ERP, IoT, CRM). ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD (FSM Implementation Specialist is a plus). Experience working in Agile environments, with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
