Role: Splunk Admin Location: Austin, TX | Sunnyvale, CA(Onsite) Visa: Only H1B with PPnum Mandatory Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: Total IT Experience required 10+ Years Splunk Admin and support executive Job Duties: Expertise in Splunk installations, On-boarding, SPL Queries, Dashboard, Reports and Alerts creation Expertise in configurations on all components of Splunk Good understanding of , Python, Ansible scripting Support experience is must. Experience in 24x7 support projects Triages Splunk production incidents and work to towards resolution Take part in incident review discussion with Business stakeholders Take part in discussions with Development & Operations teams on system improvement and stability of the components Identify system performance bottlenecks and Recommend solutions Take part in discussion with other Regional & Offshore teams for coordination Take part in Knowledge Sharing sessions from Development teams. Required Skills:At least 5 years of experience as Splunk Admin Desired Skills: Splunk Python, scripting, ITSM tool (ServiceNow)Basic Java, Database Good to have Ansible Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
