Encourages CI/CD and automation leavers, focus on quality of deliverables, facilitates SoS to collaborate with other teams, encourage adoption of automation. Teams skill evaluation and strive to improve their capabilities by proposing skill improvement plans. Ability to run business workshops and documentation of business requirements function and Nonfunctional. Collaborates with Technical leads and architects to drive and document technical decisions and guide them to adhere to the technology roadmap. Good acumen and understanding of the Cloud based Data engineering architecture and landscape."
