[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role:Generative AI Engineer / Software Engineer WASHINGTON, Massachusetts Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement generative AI models and algorithms, providing use case and AI based solutions for existing applications. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services. Conduct research to advance the state of the art in generative AI. Analyze and interpret complex data to derive actionable insights. Optimize and fine tune AI models for performance and scalability. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning. Develop and maintain real time AI based document generation systems. Implement AI based search functionalities to enhance information retrieval. Required Skills: Machine Learning: Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Deep Learning: Experience with deep learning techniques, including neural networks, GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), and VAEs (Variational Autoencoders). Programming Languages: Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages. Data Analysis: Expertise in data preprocessing, analysis, and visualization. Research: Ability to conduct independent research and stay abreast of the latest AI research papers and trends. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Real Time Systems: Experience in developing and deploying real time AI applications. Document Generation: Proficiency in creating AI models for automated document generation. AI Based Search: Expertise in implementing AI based search algorithms and enhancing search functionalities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models in a production environment, along with good knowledge in Azure AI. Tools: Familiarity with AI development tools and platforms (e.g., Jupiter, Colab, AWS SageMaker). Collaboration: Experience working in collaborative, interdisciplinary teams. Real Time Project Experience: Demonstrated experience in handling real time AI projects, particularly in document generation and AI based search. Soft Skills: Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative AI solutions. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
