This position provides hands-on exposure to secure software development, CI/CD pipelines, cloud architecture, and DevSecOps practices. You will work closely with a small, experienced team to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our platform, with opportunities for mentorship and career growth. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy security services and solutions using Python and other scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Power). Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for secure automated deployment of services to cloud providers. Apply DevSecOps principles to ensure the secure and efficient delivery of software, incorporating security best practices into the development lifecycle. Perform continuous monitoring of deployed solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability. Troubleshoot errors or other issues arising from automated workflows. Contribute to the knowledgebase and documentation of automation, share knowledge, and help promote a culture of continuous learning. Participate in the design, implementation, review, and improvement of security architecture and application architecture. Core Qualifications Strong communication and teamwork skills Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Foundational knowledge or experience in IT, networking, or systems administration. Basic scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Power. Strong desire to learn cloud security, serverless computing, and DevSecOps practices. Familiarity with secure software development and CI/CD principles (experience is a plus). Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, or Terraform. Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD platforms. Exposure to Active Directory, network administration, or systems troubleshooting. Current or in-progress certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., Security+, SSCP). Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).'
