This role will be responsible for leading D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations, configurations, and support, ensuring alignment with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O, focusing on manufacturing, production, warehousing, and supply chain modules. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, and provide post-go-live support. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to optimize system performance. Provide expert guidance on best practices for supply chain and manufacturing processes within D365 F&O. Assist in troubleshooting, training, and continuous improvements to enhance system functionality. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a D365 F&O Functional Consultant, specializing in manufacturing, warehousing, production, and supply chain. Proven track record in full-cycle ERP implementations and post-go-live support. Strong understanding of business process optimization in a retail/manufacturing environment. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
