Analyze the service install base coverage of customers and provide resolutions for disputes. Accurate True forward order creation and should assist with holds management and fulfillment/closure. Log incidents with IT for Services EA technical issues and track them for long-term fixes. Work-level instructions with detailed instructions and process flows should be created whenever there is a change in process or policies. Conduct business analysis of current system capabilities and challenges, document manual steps, work with RPMs and IT to enable the enhancements/automations.
