Very strong with working with customer journey data schemas and preparing data models. Expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe AEP. Solid background in data governance, privacy compliance, and quality management within CJA implementations. Strong understanding of ETL processes, identity resolution, and data stitching for cross-channel analytics. Proficiency in JavaScript programming and knowledge of HTML/CSS. Experience with databases, SQL, and data modelling principles related to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Expertise in implementing Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Workspace, Attribution IQ, Fallout, and Flow Reports. Adobe CJA certifications are a must, with strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics.
