Job Description: Data Scientist Facial Recognition & AI Model Optimization||Face to Face Interview|| Local to Dallas, Texas||Need LinkedIn||100% Interview Location: Dallas, TX (onsite) USC, GCH, EAD 1st round video, 2nd round onsite. We are seeking highly skilled Data Scientists with expertise in facial recognition technology and experience working with platforms such as Paravision and NEC. The ideal candidates will be responsible for fine-tuning, optimizing, and testing AI models to enhance facial recognition accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Fine-tune and optimize existing facial recognition AI models. Adjust thresholds, parameters, and settings to improve performance. Conduct vectorization and matching of facial recognition data. Implement and modify balance, exposure contrast, and liveness detection mechanisms. Test, validate, and refine models to ensure optimal accuracy and minimal false positives/negatives. Collaborate with software engineers and AI researchers to enhance system performance. Stay updated on the latest advancements in facial recognition and AI. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in facial recognition technologies and related AI/ML applications. Hands-on expertise with Paravision, NEC, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of computer vision, deep learning, and AI model testing. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV. Experience in vectorization, feature extraction, and biometric matching. Understanding of image processing techniques, including contrast adjustment and exposure balance. Familiarity with liveness detection methods and anti-spoofing techniques. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets. Preferred Qualifications: Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. Experience working with real-time facial recognition applications. Knowledge of biometric security standards and regulations.
