Proficiency in Informatica Master Data Management (MDM), including installation, configuration, and integration with enterprise systems. Hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), and Data Quality (IDQ). Proven ability to set up and manage Informatica domains, repositories, and services. Strong expertise in SQL and database management (e.g., SQL Server,). Experience in configuring high-availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions for Informatica environments. In-depth understanding of security and access controls for Informatica environments, including LDAP, SSO, and encryption. Experience working with APIs and web services for data integration and application integration. Knowledge of change data capture (CDC) and data warehousing concepts. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to Informatica services and workflows. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with infrastructure, security, and development teams. Strong problem-solving skills and experience providing production support for Informatica environments. Preferred Skills: Experience with Informatica Axon, Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC), and Data Privacy Management (DPM). Knowledge of cloud-based deployments of Informatica products in Azure. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., , Python) for automation and configuration tasks. Knowledge of MDM Hub architecture, including data modeling, match/merge rules, and hierarchy management. Understanding of industry best practices for ETL, data governance, and data management. Ability to lead Informatica upgrades and migrations with minimal downtime. Experience in performance tuning of Informatica MDM and associated components. Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD processes for Informatica deployments.
