Preferred to have: - Support or Development experience with MTS product knowledge Tasks and Responsibilities : 1. Monitor and troubleshoot application issues in production 2. Leads troubleshooting, analysis, and solution of unexpected systems behaviors that impact the quality of service 3. Liaise with stakeholders (tech and business) in problem resolution 4. Communicate issue/resolution status (written and verbal) to project team and management 5. Minor production bug fixes 6. Disaster Recovery and Patch testing 7. Data extract, reporting and Audit activity Knowledge/Skills : Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Highly motivated, self-directed and possess solid execution skills.
