Position: Project Manager with Scrum Master Location: 2 Gateway Center, Two Gateway Center, Newark, NJ (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Job description: Minimum Mandatory Skills: Scrum Alliance CSM CSP certification or PMIs Agile Certified Professional (ACP) Knowledge and experience with Agile/Scrum techniques Proven experience and success working as a Scrum Master or in a similar role facilitating agile teams, with a track record of successful project delivery. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including both Scrum and Kanban. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills to inspire and motivate team members. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Proficiency in using agile project management tools - JIRA for managing backlogs and tracking progress. High level of organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
