In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications that drive our business forward. You'll work in a collaborative environment with other skilled developers and contribute to exciting projects that impact our customers, potentially within the government contracting or related sectors. Responsibilities: Java Development: Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using core Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices. Work with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate). Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Software Development Lifecycle: Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Develop unit and integration tests. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and other developers. Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively. Provide regular project updates and status reports. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Java Developer. Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices. Experience with relational databases and ORM frameworks. Proficiency in Git version control.
