Job Title Oracle Cloud EPM Functional Consultant End Client Champion Home Builders Job Location Troy, Michigan Interview Process Video Call Recruiter Instructions no H1B Remote (some travel required from time to time) Job Description : Sr Oracle Cloud EPM consultant with experience implementing budgeting and forecasting solutions, must have previous experience implementing Oracle Hyperion Planning or Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and Budgeting (PBCS/EPBCS) . Ability to own and deliver Oracle Cloud (EPBCS) technology tasks and assignments . In-depth understanding of how Financial Budgeting & Planning applications relate and integrate to Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AR, AP, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, etc.) Experience with implementing multiple Oracle EPM Cloud module (FCCS, ARCS, TRCS). Must have a background in requirements gathering, managing project plans, executing project management, and coordinating project resources . Ability to understand reporting and analytics requirements, translate and document to scope and plan of action while ensuring proper governance of the client's technology and financial assets (PBCS/EPBCS) . Working knowledge of a component of the modern Oracle EPM solutions landscape (e.g., Oracle Consolidations (FCCS/HFM), Oracle Planning (Hyperion Planning / PBCS / EPBCS) . Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-added solutions - strong analytical and problem-solving skills - actively participate in brainstorming, identifying core issues, and effectively finding and using data to manage complex analysis .
