Coach team members on Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and manage the product backlog, ensuring well-defined and prioritized backlog items. Identify and remove obstacles to team progress, working cross-functionally to address dependencies and blockers. Support empirical product planning in a complex environment to improve forecasting and delivery. Develop and maintain continuous improvement backlogs, information radiators, and RAID logs. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the team, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives. Provide training and mentorship to the team and organization on Scrum adion and Agile methodologies. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a professional services, consulting, or enterprise environment. Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification preferred. Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and best practices. Skills: Strong facilitation, servant leadership, problem-solving, and coaching skills. Tools: Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. Communication: Excellent ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, fostering an Agile mindset across teams.
