Job Description: We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Java Developer with 11+ years of experience for a hybrid role in Vienna, VA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing full-stack applications using modern Java technologies. This role requires leadership skills to guide development teams, ensure code quality, and deliver high-performance applications for Freddie Mac. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, and Microservices. Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices and efficient project execution. Define system architecture, technical designs, and integration strategies. Implement and optimize cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines. Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to optimize data storage and retrieval. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of applications through code reviews and optimizations.
