Manage and execute a large file server migration, addressing permissions issues. Troubleshoot and perform break/fix tasks in a Windows lab environment. Support the newly deployed Citrix environment for data center applications. Publish applications and troubleshoot connection issues with end users in the Citrix environment. Required Qualifications: Proven experience with Windows Server operating permissions support. Strong troubleshooting and break/fix skills in a Windows lab environment. Knowledge of Citrix environment support, including publishing applications and troubleshooting connection issues. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with large file server migrations. Familiarity with Citrix environment management.
