The ideal candidate will be proficient in troubleshooting complex SQL issues, optimizing performance, and managing financial data systems. This role requires experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI Development, SSRS, SSIS, and T-SQL within a financial and consulting environment. The candidate will work across multiple servers, ensuring efficiency and reliability of batch processing and reporting tasks. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and dynamic SQL for financial data processing. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to Microsoft SQL Server, including indexing strategies and optimization techniques. Work on database administration (DBA) tasks, ensuring data integrity, security, and high availability across production and BI servers. Develop and manage Power BI reports, SSRS reports, and SSIS packages to support business intelligence needs. Handle batch processing for SSRS reports, including manually executed, scheduled, and data-driven subscriptions. Work with financial data systems on an OLTP server with under 30TB of data, managing two production servers and four BI servers. Provide expertise in document management systems and their interaction with financial applications. Collaborate with business and consulting teams to deliver data-driven insights, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and legal data management. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in SQL Development and Database Administration (DBA). Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Indexing, and Performance Troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, and T-SQL (Full-Stack SQL Development). Experience handling large-scale financial data systems with knowledge of batch processing methods. Ability to write and optimize dynamic SQL queries efficiently. Understanding of document management systems and financial business workflows. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the financial industry or working with legal and invoicing systems. Knowledge of data-driven subscriptions in SSRS. Familiarity with consulting and business intelligence environments.
