Release Train Engineer Estimated Duration: 8 months, with possible extensions Work Setting: Onsite in Juno Beach, FL Visa Need only EAD S Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required); Prior Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience; Experience mentoring and coaching various agile teams (ART) in the portfolio; Experience with Release Management; Experience with Change Management; Experience with JIRA and help the agile teams to setup new boards and customize it Responsibilities: Guide and support Agile teams to improve efficiency and Agile maturity; Oversee budgets, mitigate risks, and address productivity challenges; Ensure best practices and performance metrics are met; Facilitate regular status meetings to track progress and resolve issues; Act as a bridge between cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration; Align activities with organizational goals and maintain key timelines; Support planning and execution of key initiatives; Manage change and release processes effectively; Prepare reports and updates for leadership; Utilize project management tools to optimize workflows; Foster clear communication to drive alignment and success.
