NO H1B Job description: Conduct stakeholder interviews, understand current state across the scope of the assessment; identify and validate the gaps; design the future state approach; articulate the conflicting trade-offs and make rational decisions; define high level roadmap components Providing technical and data leadership to the organization Strong architectural knowledge of setting up data lakes, lakeshore marts using Snowflake. Strong experience with Informatica. Providing operation guidance to the application development team, IT and other functions. Understand the strategic business mission, vision, direction, and goals Understand the future business capabilities (KPI, metrics, goals) etc. Identify current capabilities and areas of pain Identify gaps and areas of opportunity Understand the current data policies and procedure Gather Data via interviews, workshops, focus group discussion Baseline and benchmark best PA and common solutions Bring outside in view on latest tech stack on data management, Data Orchestration, DevOps and Source Code Management insight for Structural as well as semi / unstructured data (across on-prem as well as on cloud) Prepare framework to review projects to ensure short term and long terms data strategy are followed by project delivery teams Build a framework of principles to ensure data integrity across the business Identify and evaluate new data management technologies Extensive experience with setting up Data Ops and Monitoring for data pipelines.
