The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders, to develop and enhance AI/ML-powered solutions that optimize healthcare revenue cycle processes. Qualifications & Skills: Must-Have: 5+ years of experience in RCM (provider or payer side) with a strong understanding of claims processing, denials, coding, and reimbursements. 3+ years in product management or product ownership with a proven track record of delivering successful healthcare technology products. Experience working with AI/ML-driven solutions in healthcare, with knowledge of predictive analytics and automation in RCM. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS, payer guidelines, etc.). Proficiency in Agile methodologies, writing user stories, backlog management, and working with development teams.
