| From: Dev Soni, Tek inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title - Project Manager Duration - 6 Months Location - Sturbridge, MA - Hybrid MOI - Skype Responsibilities Collaborate with internal IT and Operations leadership and vendor management to help identify, evaluate, select and implement technology solutions. Lead both functional and technical implementation aspects of each systems project from the planning to post-go-live, ensuring the accomplishment of the desired scope, timeline, quality, and budget. Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks. Manage, coordinate and track activities of personnel, whether internal or third-party resources, to ensure timelines stay on track and successful implementation of solutions. Manage vendor relationships to ensure a smooth deployment of all technologies. Anticipate and mitigate risks and troubleshoot myriad of problems when they arise during a project. Monitor work queues and advise on resource reallocations as needed depending on project implementation needs. Lead team and vendor meetings, using engaging, informative presentation methodologies; ensuring timely follow-up, and holding project team members accountable. Demonstrate high accountability and proficiency with all team members internal and remote for all projects. Responsible for project documentation updates and archives. Manage project-level communications as well as periodic Executive and company-wide status updates. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, information systems, systems management, business analytics, or other related fields. Demonstrated proficiency with Access/ SQL systems required. Functional knowledge of ERP systems and their implementation is required. Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management in a manufacturing-based industry. 2-3 years of experience in a business analyst role with proven analytic skills. 3 years implementing medium to large-scale projects. Computer proficiency across Microsoft Office, as well as proven experience working with project management software, i.e. Smartsheets, Sharepoint, or similar.
