About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Technology Product Manager/Engagement Lead to join our client's rapidly growing team. This is a consultant role for a Large FinTech company and opportunity to convert to Full time after 6-12 months based on performance. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the generative AI revolution, shaping the way we leverage this transformative technology. In this blended role, you will combine your deep understanding of the GenAI landscape with your product management and execution expertise to drive the adoption and success of cutting-edge AI solutions. Responsibilities: Product Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of generative AI products and capabilities, including but not limited to ChatGPT, large language models (LLMs), Vertex AI, Agentspace, Crew AI, and Agentic products. A strong understanding of technical concepts like output tokens and RAG is crucial. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of our generative AI product strategy, aligning with business objectives and market trends. Product Evangelism: Serve as a subject matter expert, educating internal and external stakeholders on the capabilities and benefits of various generative AI solutions. Content Creation: Develop high-quality materials such as product guides, demo videos, and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our AI offerings. Hands-on Execution: Independently demo AI products, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure the smooth rollout and adoption of new AI solutions. Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of the curve and identify emerging trends in the generative AI landscape. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in a similar role, demonstrating a deep understanding of the generative AI landscape and the ability to drive product adoption in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to create compelling presentations that effectively communicate key messages. Ability to independently demo AI products and guide clients through their capabilities. Experience in creating product documentation, demo videos, and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
