Role : Veeva Vault Technical Lead Location: Marlborough, MA Type : Contract Key Responsibilities: Veeva Vault Promomats & Medcomms Technical Lead Highly skilled with Veeva Vault Promomats & Medcomms Application 5-10 Years Experience in providing solutions and technical architecture for Veeva Vault Promomats & Medcomms Applications Experience in full System Development Life Cycle (Proposal, Process Engineering, Design, Development, Testing, MLR Process ,Deployment, and Support) Knowledge in Application Design and Development using Veeva Vault SDK and Veeva Vault Platform configuration. Experience in inter Vault to Vault connections, Veeva CRM, Veeva CLM, Veeva Approved Email, Veeva Engage and Veeva Events Management Integration with Veeva Vault Promomats & Medcomms, Integration of third party applications with Veeva Vault Promomats & Medcomms . Experience with large project management and Veeva Vault Support Release with handling of activities during Veeva Standard Release. Migration, Agile experience and comfortable using Agile tools like Jira. Scrum master certification is a plus. Experience with REST Web-services and messaging/streaming solutions. Experience in Development related to Veeva Platform like Veeva API, Vault Java SDK, Vault Query Language (VQL) Prior experience in Tools like Service Now, Jira and SharePoint. Experience working with virtual teams and multiple stakeholders at varied levels within an organization Role works closely with Product Manager and Product Owner and also aligns with the Support team(L2/L3) Develop and Review enhancements and new implementation requests from customer Align with Support Team on current issues and initiate problem management Prepare and update application related documentation (Operational Instructions, User Manuals) Conduct & support project activities e.g. Audit, integration topics, librarian services, testing Thanks, Divya Sai Chandu 802-851-0921 Ext:308 iTech US, Inc.
