The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to automate and optimize business processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: 7+ years of hands-on experience with IBM BPM/BAW (Business Automation Workflow). Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0, coach views, and service flows. Experience with JavaScript, AJAX, REST APIs, and integration patterns. Familiarity with IBM BPM Process Designer, Process Center, and Process Admin Console. Understanding of business process modeling and process improvement techniques. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into BPM solutions using IBM BPM/BAW. Design and develop business process applications including process flows, user interfaces, and integrations. Configure business rules, human tasks, and service flows within BPM. Integrate BPM applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration mechanisms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, infrastructure, and business analysts. Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support throughout the BPM lifecycle. Optimize and improve existing BPM solutions for performance and scalability. Participate in UAT and deployment activities. Preferred: Experience with other IBM Automation tools (ODM, FileNet, etc.) Exposure to Agile methodologies. IBM BPM certification.
