Please find the job details below: Job Title: Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) consultant Location: Davidson, NC (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their current transportation management processes and identify areas for improvement. Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for OTM. Solution Design and Configuration: Design and configure OTM modules, including planning, execution, and analytics. Develop and document OTM processes and workflows. Implementation and Testing: Participate in OTM implementation projects, ensuring smooth system integration and data migration. Test OTM configurations and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on OTM functionalities. Address user queries and resolve issues related to OTM. Essential Skills: 10+ years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Proven experience in OTM implementation and configuration. Strong understanding of transportation management processes and best practices. Experience Required: A minimum of 15 years of working experience in IT. A minimum 3 full cycle implementations as a OTM consultant Detailed technical knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), including: o User Management Screen, Manager Layout, Menu and Roles o Agent design and configuration o Data Model and XML Schema, Saved Queries/Conditions o Integration design and development o Data migration and loading o Operational and analytical report design and development o Performance tuning; scalability configuration; troubleshooting o Domain Management Oracle SQL/PL-SQL Oracle technology stack Preferred good knowledge in OTM Cloud Implementation Experience and understands the various Logistics transportation modes, including inbound and outbound, from simple point-to-point to complex multi-modal, multi-leg and cross- Experience with various EDI & Integration with OTM Experience in interfacing OTM system with Oracle ERP Order Management and boundary applications Be a critical member of the Application Team, implementation team for OTM Lead/Support all solution activities, including testing and verification.
