Role: SQL SSIS Developer Location: Research Triangle Park, NC(Hybrid) Visa: Only H1B with PPnum Mandatory Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: Total IT Experience required 10+ Years Proficient with ETL tools such as Microsoft SSIS Analyze and develop strategies and approaches to import and transfer data between source, staging, and Data Warehouse destinations Designing and developing SSIS / SQL ETL solutions to acquire and prepare data from numerous upstream systems for processing into Treasury Proficiency in SQL databases and experience with data migration/integration processes. Familiarity with SSIS package design and deployment Hands-on experience with .NET development and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) is a strong plus. Builds data transformations with SSIS including importing data from files, moving data from one database platform to another Design and develop SQL Server stored procedures, functions, views and triggers to be used during the ETL process Debug and tune SSIS or other ETL processes to ensure accurate and efficient movement of data Test and prepare ETL processes for deployment to production and non-production environments Support system and acceptance testing including the development or refinement of test plans Create documentation outlining ETL processes, deployment packages and installation process. Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
