Must have the LinkedIn This project involves the deployment of a new Asset Management system, a Capital Project Management system, and a replacement Inventory Management system. Professional Business Systems Analysts are required to assist with as-is process mapping, system design preparation, testing, deployment, and end-user training. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop gap analysis and detailed documentation. Document and diagram functional and technical process flows. Conduct research and analyze statistical data to make recommendations on administrative and operational problems, policies, and procedures. Provide support for data audits for the department. Actively participate in solution testing. Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve project goals. Serve as a central point of coordination with IT on significant application/hardware problems and change request issues that require assignment of resources. Evaluate solutions and CMMS system vendor deliverables for accuracy and completeness. Develop and maintain system user documentation. Provide user support and training, including developing training materials, handouts, desktop procedures, and conducting training classes and one-on-one sessions. JOB REQUIREMENTS Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in business or public administration, management information systems, or a closely related field. 5+ years of professional business systems analysis experience in a large-scale system replacement project. Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Excel. Experience in implementing business rules through configuration and setup. DESIRABLE SKILLS Experience with Work Management/Asset Management Systems. Experience with KloudGin Asset Management or Trimble Cityworks or similar GIS-centric asset lifecycle management system. Experience in the Electric and Water utility sectors. Proficiency in Microsoft Project. Understanding of SQL code/statements.
