JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Scrum Master 1 coordinates the work of an Agile development team and oversees the software development lifecycle process and procedures. This role involves planning and facilitating scrum activities such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives. The Scrum Master collaborates with clients or end users to understand business requirements and acts as a liaison between development teams and product management to ensure appropriate project processes are followed. Additionally, they identify and resolve impediments that may slow development or prevent the team from meeting established goals or milestones. Help ensure all team members have taken the appropriate step on stories so their team is a well-oiled machine. Remove Impediments, encourage the team to work only on task, and encourage Dev Manager to plan. Conduct Retrospectives, and schedule Backlog Grooming.
Plan and facilitate scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensuring the breakdown of work. Force the breakdown of stories into substories, tasks, spikes, etc.
Help build the schedule for deliverables. (Development timeline, PMO would be ultimately responsible for the schedule). Resource mapping/loading, what is our capacity (Project is what we need to do, team should be focused on who needs to do what).
Strategically identify if the schedule requires more resources than the team currently has. Resource balancing.
Collaborate with clients or end users to understand business requirements.
Act as a liaison between development teams and product management to ensure appropriate project processes are followed.
Identify and resolve impediments that may slow development or prevent the team from meeting established goals or milestones.
Work with team members on backlog and processes.
Understand and remove impediments to the scrum process.
Escalation of risk issues outside of the development group to other management levels. (if we fall behind during the sprint, we dont just accept that, we try to push it and identify what can be done). Take what is going on and identify issues to the right groups that can do something about it.
3 Years of related experience engineering field.
Scrum Master Certification (CSM) preferred.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
Proficiency in scrum tools (e.g. JIRA)
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Basic project management knowledge and experience.

Role: UI/UX Designer
Location - Work Location: Dallas, TX

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for you client an experienced and driven UX/UI Designer to improve the user experience of our command-and-control platform. Selected engineer will be responsible for designing intuitive workflows, enhancing usability, and ensuring consistency across all UI components. This role requires a balance of strong design principles, strategic thinking, and technical collaboration.
The UX/UI Designer will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create designs that align with our clients existing design system while identifying opportunities for improvement. UX/UI designer will be expected to conduct user testing, advocate for design best practices, and ensure seamless interactions for both desktop and mobile interfaces.
User Experience & Interface Design responsibilities
Design user-centric workflows that align with clients command and control platform.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups using Adobe XD and Figma.
Follow clients existing UI design system to maintain visual consistency and usability standards.
Conduct usability testing and user research, gathering feedback from internal testers and external users when available.
Ensure designs are accessible, intuitive, and aligned with industry best practices.
Experience designing touch-based UI for tablets, rugged devices, or mobile applications.
Familiarity with XAML-based UI design for desktop software.
Experience in real-time data visualization or command and control interfaces.
Ability to conduct UX research and A/B testing with a focus on improving usability and adoption.
7+ years of experience in UI/UX design showcasing designs and problem-solving approaches.
Proficiency in UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Angular 2 preferred) and front-end development
Bachelors (or Masters) degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience designing complex software interfaces with a focus on usability and efficiency.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in iterative development cycles.
Familiarity with lifecycle management tools such as JIRA, DevOps, or similar platforms.
Ability to justify and communicate design decisions effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and UI optimization.
Strong negotiation and collaboration skills, ensuring that design principles are maintained while balancing technical constraints

5+ years of technical program management experience in cloud infrastructure
Proven track record of managing large-scale complex projects
Strong technical skills and understanding of cloud computing, serverless architecture, and core infrastructure components

Experience in networking engineering, networking infrastructure technical program/product management and supporting networking product features, services and technologies
