Role 2 - SAP Supply Network Collaboration (SNC) Consultant Experience: Over 5 years of experience in SAP Supply Network Collaboration (SNC), with a strong focus on requirements gathering, functional design documentation, SAP configuration, custom development support, testing, and implementation. Proven track record of at least one end-to-end SNC project implementation, showcasing a thorough understanding of the project lifecycle. Process Management: Extensive expertise in managing Purchase Order and Scheduling Agreement collaboration processes, including forecast releases, confirmations, alerts, Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs), and goods receipt procedures. Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes and relevant SAP configurations in procurement, sourcing, and contract management. Support and Troubleshooting: Experience in providing daily support for the SAP SNC application, effectively addressing support tickets, service requests, and enhancements in line with established customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Proficient in monitoring and resolving integration issues between SAP ECC and SNC, including CIF, RFCs, IDocs, and other related technologies. Technical Skills: Familiarity with other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP), along with integration capabilities with bolt-on applications. Ability to configure and customize SAP SNC to align with client requirements. Guidance and Best Practices: Provide both functional and technical guidance to clients on SAP SNC best practices and solutions Role 3 - SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Technical Consultant Experience and Implementation: Over 5 years of experience in SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), encompassing requirements gathering, functional design documentation, SAP configuration, custom development, integrations, testing, and deployment/cutover. At least one full end-to-end implementation experience within the SAP SRM lifecycle. Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of SAP modules, particularly SAP ECC or S/4HANA, with a focus on Materials Management (MM), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and SRM. In-depth understanding of procure-to-pay processes (both direct and indirect) and SAP configurations related to SRM procurement, sourcing, and contract management. Solution Implementation and Management: Proven ability to implement and manage SAP SRM solutions designed to streamline supplier interactions, enhance procurement efficiency, and improve vendor relationships. Proficient in configuring and customizing SAP MM modules to support procurement, inventory, and materials management processes, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. Role 4 - SAP Integration Consultant (PI/PO) Experience and Integration Solutions: Over 3 years of experience in delivering SAP Process Integration (PI)/Process Orchestration (PO), Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) solutions, or other middleware platforms for ERP systems integration (mandatory). Technical Knowledge: Solid knowledge of standard SAP adapters, including IDOC, RFC, proxies, SOAP, JDBC, IDoc_AAE, Mail, and Web Services. Hands-on experience with the Enterprise Service Repository and Integration Directory of SAP PI, including iFlow configuration. Basic data modeling and design skills. Monitoring and System Landscape: Experience in monitoring pipeline steps in the ABAP stack using SXMB_MONI (preferred).
