W2. Description: Assist with the deployment of SAP solutions, ensuring smooth and successful releases. Provide technical support for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the environment is stable and tests are executed properly. Troubleshoot issues during SIT, UAT, and Production, ensuring timely resolution of any technical challenges that arise. Provide expert-level support to business users during UAT and production phases, guiding them through any challenges and ensuring systems meet business needs. Requirements: Extensive experience with SAP Basis and Release Management processes. Hands-on experience with Transport Management System (STMS) and CTS Projects. Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues during SIT, UAT, and Production phases. Secret clearance required for this position. Ability to provide clear and concise support to business users and technical teams.
