Working as a valued member of a multidisciplinary design team, youll be involved in complex projects, and will participate in user research and design planning to respond to feedback. Job Responsibilities Contribute to design systems such as our pattern library, visual design library, and motion library, Present your work to diverse stakeholders and the broader technology organization. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills. Exceptional skills with standard UX software such as Figma Experience with generative and evaluative research methods User-centric design approach that involves rapid testing and iteration of designs Understanding of how design translates to code Ability to use prototyping tools to convey design intent **Design and Prototyping:** Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using React to demonstrate interactive design concepts. Develop responsive and interactive UI components that align with user needs and business goals. Translate complex user requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
