Position: Salesforce Programmer Analyst (Hybrid) Location: Downtown Cincinnati, OH || Locals Only Duration: 3+ Months (C2H) Job Description MUST have very good communication skills. Must be able to interview well and communicate their level of skills/experience Overview: This role is ideal for someone who is highly proficient in Salesforce Flows, Lightning Pages, Visualforce Pages, and can translate business requirements into effective, scalable solutions within a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Lightning Pages, Flows, and Visualforce Pages to meet business requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional system designs. Understand and work within Salesforce data models, ensuring seamless data integration across multiple system areas. Work within a structured deployment system and adhere to rigorous change control processesno direct changes in production without approval. Support Salesforce integrations and enhancements, ensuring best practices for data integrity and system performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to Salesforce configurations, workflows, and data quality. Participate in cross-functional collaboration, interacting with various stakeholders, from frontline banking associates to senior executives. Stay engaged with the team by prioritizing in-person discussions over virtual communication whenever possible.
