The ideal candidate will have expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including tools such as CyberArk, HashiCorp, and Delinea. This role requires hands-on experience with identity management systems, scripting, and server administration, along with a deep understanding of security protocols and access control measures. Key Responsibilities: PAM Solution Support: Deploy, integrate, and maintain privileged account security solutions (CyberArk, HashiCorp, Delinea, etc.) in an enterprise environment. Provide day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting for existing PAM solutions. Technical Collaboration: Engage with clients to discuss technical concepts, interdependencies, and operational requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and deployment plans for privileged access management and identity governance solutions. Documentation & Design: Develop infrastructure configuration documentation, including diagrams and procedures. Create and manage custom connectors for full account lifecycle management. Produce detailed reports and provide recommendations to enhance security tools and performance tuning. System Maintenance & Upgrades: Plan, test, and deploy software and firmware upgrades, security patches, and fixes. Perform system enhancements to increase capability and address new requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: PAM Experience: At least 5 years of experience supporting PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, HashiCorp, Delinea). Identity Management Expertise: Experience with SailPoint identity management system is a plus (2+ years). Scripting & Development: Proficiency in Power/Python or similar scripting languages (5+ years). Experience in developing custom connectors for account lifecycle management (5+ years). Security & Access Control: Strong background in information security systems, particularly with a focus on access control and role-based access for privileged accounts (5+ years). System Administration: Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2019 or later administration (5+ years). Expertise in Active Directory and LDAP queries (5+ years). Networking & Protocols: Solid understanding of TCP/IP networks, firewalls, and related protocols such as TCP, UDP, DNS, NetBIOS, HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, and SSL (3+ years). UNIX/Linux Systems: Basic UNIX/Linux system administration experience (2+ years). Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (5+ years). Desired Skills & Experience: Experience in role-based access control (RBAC) for privileged access. Familiarity with security tools and systems for performance tuning and security enhancements.
