Job Title: Power BI Analyst
Work Location: Hybrid Pasadena, CA (Onsite 4 times/month)
Employment Type: Contract (6 months to 1 year, possible extension)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Power BI Analyst to develop, optimize, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards. The role involves analyzing complex datasets, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring data accuracy and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop, publish, and schedule Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
2.Collaborate with different departments to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
3.Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and improve decision-making.
4.Maintain and optimize existing Power BI solutions for performance and user experience.
5.Troubleshoot and provide technical support for Power BI-related issues.
6.Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports.
7.Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and trends to enhance data solutions.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in BI development and data analytics, specifically with Power BI.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and SQL querying.
Experience with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling languages is preferred.
Proven ability to handle large datasets and optimize data workflows.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in team environments Technical Skills

Required:
Proficiency in Power BI and related tools.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and data modeling techniques.
Experience with data visualization best practices Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):
Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate
Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst
