Responsibilities Manage and support the IBM Sterling OMS Cloud platform, including user access, system monitoring, and alert resolution. Monitor the health and performance of the OMS, identifying potential issues, and taking proactive steps to prevent downtime. Troubleshoot order and integration issues by reviewing payloads and identifying mapping errors. Participate in system integrated testing and end-to-end process validation across platforms. Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate proactively with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with IT standards, risk management, and best practices. Minimum Experience 3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS, particularly in platform operations and testing. Strong knowledge of system integrations (EDI, XML, SFTP) and B2C order management flows. Experience with Agile development processes and QA best practices including coding standards, code review, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment. Technical proficiency in identifying and resolving complex system issues. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across IT and business teams. Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
