The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Java development, microservices architecture, and hands-on experience with Apigee API management. This role involves working on developing scalable, secure, and efficient systems, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Java-based microservices using frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JAX-RS. Design and implement microservices architectures, including service discovery, API gateways, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Hands-on experience with Apigee API management, including configuring API proxies, security protocols (OAuth, API keys), and using Apigee analytics tools. Design, integrate, and secure RESTful APIs, with strong understanding of JSON, XML, and API security best practices. Collaborate with cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, or P, and utilize CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab). Work with Git for version control and collaborative tools like JIRA and Confluence. Design and optimize databases with experience in MySQL and MongoDB (relational and NoSQL). Solve complex problems while maintaining clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Certification in Apigee or other API management platforms. Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). Experience in an Agile development environment. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to code quality and scalability. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, focusing on quality, security, and scalability.
