The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customer communication solutions using Quadient's Inspire platform. You will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective and efficient communication workflows. Responsibilities: Quadient Inspire Development: Design, develop, and implement customer communication templates and workflows using Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and Scaler. Develop and maintain data mappings and transformations within Quadient Inspire. Configure and optimize Quadient Inspire solutions for performance and scalability. Integrate Quadient Inspire with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP). Data Management: Work with various data sources, including databases (SQL, Oracle), XML, and JSON. Implement data validation and cleansing processes. Develop and maintain data integration processes. Solution Delivery: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Develop technical documentation and provide training to end-users. Perform unit and integration testing. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Quadient Inspire solutions. Technical Expertise: Utilize scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Groovy) to extend Quadient Inspire functionality. Work with XML, XSLT, CSS, and HTML for document design. Understand API integration and web services. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: [Number] years of experience in developing customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire. Proven experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and Scaler.
