UID: a8a589cbdf414c1ba0a6c20b0744def5 Job Role: Security Engineer With utilities industry Experience Visa-: USC and GC and GCEAD and H4EAD and OPTEAD Location: Oakland, Rocklin (Hybrid) Duration: 3 Months Contract Job Responsibilities: Analyze, design, and implement complex cybersecurity solutions. Translate business needs into workable technology solutions. Collaborate with teams and leaders on issues and projects. Develop and maintain custom workflows, rules, and connectors in PG&Es IGA system. Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendor support. Perform IAM pre/post-production support activities, system integration, and performance tuning. Serve as an SME in IGA projects and conduct troubleshooting and coding using best practices. Identify security and performance enhancement opportunities. Support compliance requirements and contribute to IGA solution maintenance, including potential cloud transition. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience. 8+ years in IT security, multi-platform development, and IGA systems (preferably SailPoint IIQ or SailPoint ISC). Experience integrating with SAP, Active Directory, OUD, Entra AD, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SCIM/Webservice, AWS, Azure, GCP. 7+ years in IAM security, including user lifecycle management, provisioning, and role-based access control. Experience with Apache Tomcat, Java, Bean , Power scripting, REST APIs, relational databases. Experience with compliance reporting (Power BI preferred). Strong project management skills, ability to stay updated with industry trends, and excellent communication skills. Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Experience in utilities industry, SailPoint Identity Now/Identity AI, SOX, Privacy, NERC CIP regulations. Certifications: CISSP, SailPoint Certification. Experience in risk management, vulnerability management, and disaster recovery.
